Cancellation Policy

At 24x7 Visakhapatnam Appliance Service, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our terms for cancelling or rescheduling your service appointment.

1. Notice Period

We request at least 2 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed appointment. This allows us to reallocate the technician to another customer in need.

2. Cancellation Fees

Currently, we do not charge a cancellation fee if the technician has NOT yet departed for your location. However, if the technician arrives at your doorstep and the service is cancelled, a standard Visiting Charge (Minimum ₹299 - ₹499) will be applicable for their time and travel.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel or reschedule, please call our support line at +91 96520 71669 as soon as possible. Please have your booking details ready.

4. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to cancel a booking if the site is inaccessible, unsafe, or if the appliance is found to be within its official brand warranty period (as we are a strictly out-of-warranty service provider).
