Refund Policy
1. Service Charges
Visiting and inspection charges are non-refundable once the technician has reached the site and diagnosed the appliance.
2. Spare Parts
Spare parts once installed and paid for are subject to the manufacturer's warranty (usually provided by us for 30-90 days). A refund for parts is only applicable if the part is found to be defective upon installation.
3. Labor Refunds
If the same problem recurs within our specified warranty period (as mentioned on your invoice), we will provide a free follow-up visit. Cash refunds for labor are generally not provided but may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unresolved issues.
